Root To Petal - April 23 - April 29
Root to Petal is a week-long event celebrating plants focused cookery and engage the general public and other restaurants in the ongoing conversation around the joys and environmental impacts of a plant-based diet.
We are converting our brunch and lunch menus to be meat-free while keeping the same format you know and love.
At dinner, we are pushing the boat out a bit further and offering 5 or 7 course tasting menus.
Bookings are highly recommended.
We'll be tasting 5 wines from the Northern-most wine region in Italy: Trentino-Alto Adige. With those we'll be pairing a 5 course menu inspired by the region, and more importantly the wines. Richard Klein from Artigiano imports will be here to discuss the wines with us and share his expertise. Bookings are for 6:30 pm, and tickets are $120 per person including wine.
Due to the nature of this event, the number of dietary restrictions that we can cater for is limited.
